I graduated in 3.5 years from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Biology, Health & Society. During the second half of undergrad, I explored options in computer science. After taking the introductory course, I realized that I had found my passion. While finishing my degree, I spent extra time taking some of the computer science courses including elementary programming concepts, discrete math, and programming and intro to data structures. This would later prepare me to teach myself after graduating.

By time I graduated, I began to explore different fields within the coding industry, learning and making projects using C++ which I had learned in college. After some time, I realized that web development was more suited for me and I began to teach myself. I found it difficult to teach myself some things such as react so I eventually found a coding bootcamp at Nucamp which was fitted for me. I had finally found the thing that I wanted to do with my life. Now, I am continuously teaching myself new concepts, languages, and frameworks, and applying those to my own projects to increase my skills.
